I had never gotten a bikini wax and was a little nervous. Gabriela was an amazingly gentle waxer! Her suite was clean and she was very professional. The wax was a perfect temperature and afterward she offered good suggestions for maintenance. I definitely recommend her for any first-timers or if you're just looking for a consistently good wax.

I had the nicest Aesthetician ever! Elizabeth. She explained everything to me, in great detail and what order I should get the process/steps done. She made me feel way comfortable and we talked like we had been good friends for awhile. 😊 Same thing w the appointment setters, which are via txt message they were very helpful and kind even when I had to change and cancel a couple of times. I will forever come to them!

I usually have the same person do my waxing every time but through scheduling issues with me on occasion I have had a couple others. I just went in for my upkeep and already knew ahead of time that I will no longer have my same girl, I just love that each wonderful lady that I have had made the whole process easier as we all just talked through the whole thing and they have all taken the same care to make sure the job was done correctly and that I was happy with my wax upkeep. My esthetician Stacy was amazing. She took the time to answer my questions as I was nervous for the chemical used. I wouldn't have imagined it gone as easy as it had, for the first timer. I subscribed to their membership my first appointment, great value btw!
