Hello Sugar recognizes the value that loyal customers bring to our business and we pass on the savings by giving you the very lowest rates possible. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term contracts. Combine any of our discounted services with your membership!

The Fine Print

• Initiation: A one-time, $15 initiation fee allows you to freeze or cancel your membership at any time.

• Billing: Occurs on the 1st or the 15th of each month and is applied to a credit or debit card on file. Your credit does not expire, however, all the benefits of waxing increase when you are consistent every four weeks. So make sure you’re making your appointment to experience the benefits!

• Locations: Members can enjoy membership benefits at any Hello Sugar location.

• Cancellations: As a courtesy to our highly sought-after aestheticians, please cancel or reschedule as early as possible so that we have time to fill that appointment slot. There is a $10 cancellation fee for all appointments canceled within 12 hours of the appointment time. The cancellation fee will be applied to the credit card we have on file. A simple text the day prior is all that is required to change your appointment. Due to covid-19, if you feel ill on the day of your appointment, please notify us one hour before your appointment, and we will waive the cancellation fee.

• Deactivating Memberships: Our members enjoy no long-term commitments for the membership. To cancel your membership, text us before the next billing period starts. We recommend deactivating your membership at your final appointment.

• Freezing Memberships: Heading out of town for a season? Memberships can be paused for any duration of time at no additional charge. There is no startup fee to restart your membership after this time.

  • Memberships need to be active at least one month before freezing in order to qualify for membership status.
